Keith started sharing and teaching about the Fatherheart of God outside of New Zealand in 2003. 

Since that time invitations for him and Cathy to minister have increased to the point that it made day to day supervision of business interests impractical and so feeling a strong call of God to do, so they sold their newspaper business to enable them to have more time to try to meet some of the needs of a spiritually hungry world.

While there are many churches and organisations who are happy and able to pay travel and associated ministry costs there are a huge number for whom this is an impossibility - Keith & Cathy's concern to reach those people as well as the more affluent was a major driver in the founding of Shaliah Ministries as a registered charity.
